Fame by Phone - A brief history
Once
upon a time, dinosaurs roamed the Earth, A meteorite wiped them out and
before we knew it - Pop stars was on our TV's. Fronted by 'nasty' Nigel
Lithgow, wannabe singers embarrassed, humiliated and demeaned themselves in
the quest for fame. Out of thousands of hopefuls, a pop group was created
called Hearsay with the runners up forming Liberty X.
.
This
proved 2 things within British culture
1)
Anybody can become a star
2)
Everybody wants to become famous
.
Pop
Stars spun a huge web of excellent copycats - Pop stars - the rivals, Pop
Idol which went worldwide, The X factor and Fame Academy. Then came ITV's
Soap Stars which put 4 unknown wannabes into Emmerdale closely followed by
Model behaviour, Big brother, MTV's Wade Robesons shakedown and a whole host
of others
.
Fame by phone was then born due to the massive demand from people that dreamed of fame
and stardom or simply wanted to get into the entertainment world. We are now
established as the UK's largest and premier text message service for people
wanting to be famous or have a career in acting, singing, modelling or
dancing.
.
The
story continues....
