Help and troubleshooting
Text messaging can be a bit daunting for new-comers. Please follow the step by step guide below to help you sign up
1) using your cell phone, open the 'text messaging' option
2) Select 'write message' and enter the keyword that you want to subscribe to
3) Where the cell phone asks for a number to send the keyword to, type 58341 ( This is our shortcode )
4) Click send
5) You will soon receive a free text message asking for your confirmation to join the service
6) Text the letter 'y' to 58341 as described above and click send
7) You will now be able to receive text messages from us
